These Terms govern your use of GullyPage, operated by Gully System Private Limited, #257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Service Road, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road, 2nd Stage, Bengaluru – 560072, Karnataka, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use GullyPage.
Our Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Community Guidelines and Refund and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms.
Who may use GullyPage
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly at care@gullysystem.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your username and address
Choosing a username reserves the matching address at username.gullypage.com. Usernames are allocated on a first-come basis, subject to these rules:
- You may not choose a username that impersonates another person, business or institution, or that is designed to be confused with one.
- Certain names are reserved — system and route names, brand terms, and names of well-known people and organisations.
- We may reclaim a username that infringes a trademark, impersonates someone, or is used in bad faith, including registration for the purpose of resale.
- Released usernames are never reissued. If you change your username, the old address permanently redirects to the new one and is retired, so that links, search results and printed cards carrying it cannot later resolve to a different person.
You may change your username at most once every 30 days.
Your content
You own your content. Your profile, your posts and your images remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
To operate the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, adapt for display, and publicly display the content you choose to publish — for the purpose of running GullyPage and showing your page to visitors. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups for the period described in our Privacy Policy, and except where the content has already been shared onward by others.
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you publish, including photographs, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
Acceptable use
Our Content Policy sets out what may not be published, and our Community Guidelines describe how we expect people to behave. In addition, you agree not to:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or breach any security or authentication measure;
- access the service by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine crawling, or scrape data at scale;
- interfere with or place unreasonable load on the infrastructure;
- resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement; or
- use GullyPage to send bulk unsolicited messages.
Professional information and credentials
GullyPage displays what users assert about themselves. We do not verify qualifications, registrations, licences, employment history or any other claim, and nothing on the platform should be read as our endorsement or confirmation of a person’s credentials. Visitors should verify professional claims independently before relying on them.
If you are a member of a regulated profession — including but not limited to medicine, law, chartered accountancy and architecture — you are solely responsible for ensuring that your page, your services information and your posts comply with the rules of your professional body, including any restrictions on advertising, solicitation and fee disclosure. Our tools include settings intended to help, but they are not legal or professional advice and do not transfer that responsibility to us.
You must not misstate your qualifications, registrations, affiliations or experience.
Enquiries you receive
When a visitor submits an enquiry to you, you become responsible for that person’s data. You agree to handle it lawfully, use it only to respond to the enquiry unless you have separate consent, keep it secure, and honour requests to correct or erase it. We process enquiries on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and payment
GullyPage offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment gateway. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellation, refunds, failed payments and grace periods are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. A price change takes effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.
Custom domains
Paid plans can connect a domain you own. You are responsible for registering that domain, renewing it, and maintaining its DNS records. We issue and renew TLS certificates for connected domains automatically, but we cannot guarantee availability if your registrar, nameservers or DNS configuration change or lapse.
We do not sell, register or transfer domains, and we do not refund registrar fees.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep GullyPage available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add or remove features. If we discontinue a feature you rely on, or the service itself, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your content.
Planned maintenance that we expect to cause downtime will be announced in advance where practicable.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using GullyPage at any time and delete your account from your dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law; that is used to impersonate someone; that creates legal risk for us or another user; or that remains unpaid after the grace period described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Except where a breach is severe or urgent, or where the law requires immediate action, we will tell you what is wrong and give you a chance to fix it.
On termination, your published pages stop resolving and your content is deleted in line with the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data before deleting your account.
Reporting and takedowns
GullyPage hosts content created by its users; we do not review it before publication. Anyone can report content that breaches our policies or the law, without an account, using the report link on any page or by writing to care@gullysystem.com.
We act on reports within the timeframes set out in our Content Policy, and we operate an appeals process for users whose content is removed. Copyright complaints should be sent to care@gullysystem.com and must identify the work, the infringing URL, and your contact details, and confirm that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
Disclaimers
GullyPage is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Content published on GullyPage is created by its users. It is general information, not professional advice, and it is not reviewed by us. Nothing published on a GullyPage creates a doctor-patient, advocate-client, or any other professional relationship between the reader and the author unless the author separately establishes one.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GullyPage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GullyPage against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from content you publish, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your failure to comply with obligations applicable to your profession.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring proceedings elsewhere under consumer protection law.
Before starting proceedings, please contact care@gullysystem.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use GullyPage after that means you accept the updated Terms.
